Wisdom 2.0 was pretty cool

Last week I attended Wisdom 2.0 in Silicon Valley.

The 2‑day conference brought together people from a variety of disciplines, including technology leaders, Zen teachers, neuroscientists, and academics, to explore how we can live with deeper meaning and wisdom in our technology-rich age.

Here’s a link to where you can find videos from the sessions.

My favorite interview was entitled “Spiritual Activism in a Connected World” with Seane Corn, Spiritual Activist, in dialogue with Tami Simon, from Sounds True.

Seane reveals how she uses her yoga practice to stay in the present moment — how she deals with her shadow and her triggers — and how she honors her many gifts by not “being a shithead.” 😉

Here’s the video.
